The Cititec graduate scheme is one of the only structured programmes for graduates within the recruitment industry.

It’s a programme that benefits everyone: you’ll get an outstanding introduction to a career in corporate professional service, make good money and find yourself in an inviting and ready-made social circle. From our side we recruit talented people with enthusiasm and the ability to bring new ideas into the company.

Working as a consultant you will have a huge impact on the lives of many people.  Recruitment is fundamental to millions of individuals and key to the economic success of the UK.  Few other graduate programmes can boast giving people such a huge responsibility straight away.

The graduate programme is a business-sponsored scheme that provides on-the-job training alongside a comprehensive development programme.  After a period of induction, graduates will start working in their designated area with support from a tailor made training g package. You’ll have real control over the pace and content of progression.

We take training and development very seriously; after all, we are looking to our graduate intake to become the managers of the future.  This is why we aim the graduate programme at ambitious graduates who want to build a long-term successful corporate career.

As a business, we keep our values recognisable and relevant.  We also believe that a key factor in our success has been the importance we place on people and relationships. In a world that demands technical skills, we provide the human touch. We call this philosophy ‘human recruitment for a technical world’. It means that we prioritise client and candidate care and that we cultivate a strong, cohesive team culture.

So take a look around this site to find out about our unique graduate scheme.
